Simon Gray

Director

Simon brings over 40 years’ experience in business leadership roles in the construction industry, both within Australia and internationally. Between 1991-2006, Simon spent 15 years with global construction company, Multiplex, before becoming the co-founder and Managing Director of construction company, Contexx. In 2012, Contexx merged with Probuild where Simon took on the role of Group Managing Director and subsequently Executive Chairman until 2021.

James Gray

Development Manager

James joins Progressio with over 13 years’ experience at construction companies, Contexx and Probuild. James brings with him a specialty in high-end, luxury projects where he played a pivotal role in the project leadership and delivery teams of The Towers & Ritz Carlton at Elizabeth Quay in Perth and Westside Place Ritz Carlton in Melbourne.

James leads the day-to-day operations of Progressio with a focus on building strong partnerships across all aspects of the business.

Thomas Gray

Site Manager

Tom brings 10 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction, specialising in Carpentry and more recently Site Management. Tom prides himself on building strong on-site relationships and delivering detail that is second to none.
